摘要:介绍了大型高压同步电机在高浓盘磨系统启动过程的控制。基于电机的热模型,根据电机额定启动电流、允许的最大启动时间、转子热平衡时间、最大热启动次数、电机停机状态下的冷却时间扩展系数、电机运行状态下的冷却时间扩展系数等参数,利用7UM62综合保护器电机频繁启动抑制功能,对电机的频繁启动进行控制,减少了设备事故及经济损失。 |
Abstract:Control in start-up process of large synchronous high voltage motor in high concent ration disc refining system was introduced in this paper. Based on the thermal model of the motor, according to parameters such as the rated starting current of motor, the maximum allowable starting time, the rotor thermal equilibrium time, the maximum number of hot starting, the cooling time expansion coefficient in the motor stop state, and the cooling time expansion coefficient in the motor running state, etc., the frequent start of the motor was controled using the function of inhibiting the frequent start-up of the motor of 7UM62 integrated protector to reduce equipment accidents and economic losses. |
