摘要:针对切纸机的纸幅精度问题,采用变频控制与伺服控制相结合的方案,设计了以STM32单片机为核心的切纸机混合电气控制系统。采用M/T法测速和卡尔曼滤波结合的方法得到送纸辊的速度,从而降低送纸辊速度的采集误差。实验证明在高速下,该方法可以实时得到送纸辊及切纸机电机转速。由误差分析可得,切纸精度达±1 mm,证明了本控制系统的可行性。
Abstract:Aiming at the paper web accuracy problem of paper cutter, using a combination plan of frequency conversion control and servo control, a paper cutter hybrid electric control system with STM32 single-chip microcomputer as the core was designed. The speed of the paper feed roller was obtained via combination of M/T speed measurement and Kalman filtering, which was used to reduce the collection error of the paper feed roller speed. The experiment results showed that the method could obtain the speed of the paper feed roller motor and the paper cutter motor in real time under high speed. According to error analysis results, the paper cutter accuracy had reached ±1 mm, proving the feasibility of the control system.
