摘要:传统塑料包装材料难以有效维持食品新鲜度,又不可避免地会向内部产生化学迁移,对食品安全带来不利影响。因此,生物基活性包装材料成为研究热点,其不仅满足绿色环保要求,且能延长食品的保质期,具有十分广阔的应用前景。本文对生物基活性包装材料的研究进展进行了分析介绍,并对未来生物基活性包装材料的发展进行了展望。
Abstract:Traditional plastic packaging materials could not effectively maintain the freshness of food, and inevitably produced chemical migration to the interior, which would bring adverse effects on food safety. Therfore, bioactive packaging materials became a research hotspot. It could not only meet the requirements of green environmental protection, but also prolong the shelf life of food, with a very broad application prospect in the field of food packaging. In this paper, the research progress of bioactive packaging materials were analyzed and introduced, and the future development of bioactive packaging materials was prospected.
