芳纶/玄武岩纤维复合绝缘纸的制备及性能研究

摘要:以芳纶纤维和玄武岩纤维为原料,通过造纸湿法抄造制备复合绝缘纸,系统地研究了复合绝缘纸的力学性能、绝缘性能、热稳定性、胶液渗透性等。结果表明,复合绝缘纸的击穿电压在玄武岩纤维含量低于50%时基本保持不变;玄武岩纤维含量越高,复合绝缘纸的热稳定性、胶液渗透性越好;当玄武岩纤维含量50%时,复合绝缘纸的抗拉强度达1.67 MPa。
Abstract:The composite insulating paper was prepared via wet papermaking with aramid fiber and basalt fiber as raw materials, and the properties of composite insulating paper such as mechanical properties, insulation performance, thermal stability, glue permeability, etc. were systematically studied. The results showed that the breakdown voltage of composite insulating paper remained basically unchanged when the basalt fiber content was lower than 50%. The thermal stability and glue permeability of composite insulating paper increased with the increase of basalt fiber content. When the basalt fiber content was 50%, the tensile strength of the composite insulating paper reached 1.67 MPa.
