摘要:高速纸机网部常采用无反作用力的高频摇振器,这种高频摇振器的运动十分复杂。摇振器的驱动功率常根据经验和实践来进行确定,缺少驱动功率理论的计算方法。本课题结合实际,分析了摇振系统数学模型,提出了一种摇振器驱动功率的计算方法,为高频摇振器设计提供理论指导。
Abstract:The high-frequency shaker without reacting force, is of complex motion, often used in the wet end of high-speed paper machine. The driving power of shaker is normally determined according to experience and practice due to lack of theoretical calculation method. Combining with practical situation, the mathematical model of shaking system was analyzed in this study, and a calculation method for driving power of shaker was proposed so as to provide theoretical guidance for the design of high-frequency shaker.
