摘要:本研究通过对平滑度仪相关标准中真空容器系统容积及其允许误差、检验方法、检验条件的分析，利用测量不确定度评定方法，证实现有标准规定的检验方法和条件不满足容积允许误差要求，并对标准修订提出了改进建议。

Abstract:In this study， the volume and its permissible deviation， calibration method， and calibration conditions of the vacuum vessel system in the relevant standards of smoothness tester were analyzed and the method of measurement uncertainty evaluation was used to verify that the calibration methods and conditions in the current standards were not compatible with the maximum permissible deviation of volume， and suggestions for revising the current standards were put forward as well.
