含木质素抗菌纤维的原位结合法制备及其性能研究

摘要:本研究采用阳离子淀粉调控木质素和漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆纤维表面负电荷,实现了木质素和植物纤维的高效原位结合,并成功制备含木质素亚微米颗粒的抗菌纤维。该抗菌纤维完全由可再生、可降解的原料通过简单的方法制备而成,木质素留着率在92%以上,木质素基于纤维沉积率最高达27.9%。抑菌测试结果显示,抗菌纤维具有广谱抗菌效果;当菌液中抗菌纤维(以木质素计)的质量浓度为2 mg/mL时,其对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和表皮葡萄球菌的抑菌率分别为71.2%、86.0%和89.2%。
Abstract:In this study, cationic starch was used to adjust the surface negative charge of lignin and bleached kraft softwood pulp fiber to achieve their in-situ binding with high efficiency, and successfully prepared lignin submicron particles-containing antibacterial fiber. The antibacterial fiber was completely prepared from renewable and degradable raw materials by simple method, with the lignin retention rate more than 92%, and the lignin deposition rate on fiber could reach up to 27.9%. The antibacterial measurement showed that antibacterial fiber had broad-spectrum antibacterial effect. When the concentration of antibacterial fiber(calculateed by Lignin)in the bacteria solution was 2 mg/mL, the antibacterial rate against Escherichia coliStaphylococcus aureus and Staphylococcus epidermidis was 71.2%, 86.0% and 89.2%, respectively.
