摘要:以漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆为原料模拟纸张回用过程,本研究利用PFI磨浆机进行机械精浆处理对再生纤维及纸张物理性能的影响。结果表明,在纤维回用过程中进行机械精浆处理,能够明显改善纤维及纸张性能。与未经机械精浆处理的纤维相比,机械精浆处理后纤维的保水值下降幅度和角质化程度降低,纸张抗张指数、撕裂指数和耐破指数均有提高;纤维比表面积、平均孔容和孔径高于未经机械精浆处理的纤维。且机械精浆处理的纤维在回用6次后,其纤维表面仍保留有较多的细小纤维,纤维之间结合较好。 |
Abstract:The bleached kraft hardwood pulp was used to simulate the paper recycling process, and the PFI refining was used to study its effects on the recycled fiber properties and the physical properties of resulted paper. The results showed that mechanically refining treatment during fiber recycling could significantly improve the performances of fibers and their papers. Compared with fibers without mechanically refining treatment, the decrease in water retention value and degree of hornification of fibers after mechanically refining treatment were reduced. The tensile index, tearing index, and bursting index of paper were increased, respectively. The specific surface area, average pore volume, and pore size of fibers were higher than those without mechanically refining treatment. Moreover, after being recycled for six times, the fibers treated with mechanically refining still retained more fine fibers on their surface, resulting good bonding between the fibers. |
