摘要:本研究以硫酸盐法制浆和废纸造纸生产废水挥发产生的恶臭废气为处理对象,设计选用“生物滴滤+生物过滤+碱洗喷淋”的组合工艺对废气进行处理。处理后浆线废气排放口硫化氢、氨气、甲硫醇、挥发性有机物(VOCs)排放速率和臭气浓度分别降至0.037 kg/h、0.013 kg/h、0.0230 kg/h、2.374 kg/h和550,造纸废气排放口上述污染物排放速率和臭气浓度至少可降至0.020 kg/h、0.021 kg/h、0.000 6 kg/h、0.013 kg/h和977,优于GB 14554—1993《恶臭污染物排放标准》和GB 16297—1996《大气污染物综合排放标准》要求。该联合工艺单位气量运行成本低至0.001 3元/m3,处理效率高,为制浆造纸废水站废气治理工程设计和实施提供了一个工程示范。
Abstract:This study focused on the treatment of odorous waste gas emitted from wastewater during kraft pulping and regenerated papermaking. A combination process of “biotrickling filter+biofilter+alkaline scrubbing” was designed to treat the waste gas. After treatment, the emission rates of hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, methyl mercaptan, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), and odor concentrations in the waste gas discharge outlet of the pulp line were reduced to 0.037 kg/h, 0.013 kg/h, 0.0230 kg/h, 2.374 kg/h, and 550, respectively. The emission rates of the same pollutants and odor concentrations in the waste gas discharge outlet of papermaking could be reduced to at least 0.020 kg/h, 0.021 kg/h, 0.000 6 kg/h, 0.013 kg/h, and 977, respectively, which met requirements of the “Emission Standards for Odor Pollutants” (GB 14554—1993) and the “Integrated Emission Standards of Air Pollutants” (GB 16297—1996). The operating cost for per unit gas volume of this combined process was as low as 0.001 3 yuan/m3, with high treatment efficiency, providing an engineering demonstration for the design and implementation of waste gas treatment project in pulp and paper wastewater treatment station.
