摘要:本研究以漂白针叶木浆和导电炭黑为主要原料,以阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)为助留剂,通过湿法成形制备了抗静电空气滤纸,研究了CPAM用量、炭黑添加量对炭黑留着率和抗静电空气滤纸性能的影响。结果表明,当CPAM用量为0.10%、炭黑添加量为6%时,炭黑留着率最高可达56%,此时空气滤纸的耐破度、平均孔径、透气度和表面电阻分别为60.2 kPa、40.3 μm、188 L /m²·s和1.4×104 Ω,具有良好的强度和抗静电性能,同时具有适宜的孔径分布和良好的透气性,可以满足锂电池生产车间空气净化的要求。 |
Abstract:Bleached softwood pulp and conductive carbon black were used as the primary raw materials in this study, and cationic polyacrylamide (CPAM) was used as a retention aid to prepare antistatic air filter paper by wet forming. The effects of the dosage of CPAM and addtion amount of carbon black on retention rate of carbon black and the properties of the antistatic air filter paper were investigated. The results showed that when the addition amount of carbon black was 6% and the dosage of CPAM was 0.10%, the retention rate of carbon black in air filter paper reached 56%, and the bursting strength, average pore size, air permeability, and surface resistance of the air filter paper were 60.2 kPa, 40.3 μm, 188 L/m²·s, and 1.4×104 Ω, respectively. The air filter paper displayed excellent strength and antistatic performance, as well as suitable pore size distribution and air permeability, and could meet the requirements of air purification for lithium battery production workshop. |
