摘要:为了探究卷烟纸参数对燃烧锥高的影响规律,按照均匀实验设计原则,选取定量、透气度等6项卷烟纸参数,卷制了12种不同参数水平的卷烟样品,并进行了单因素方差分析与回归分析。结果表明,12种不同卷烟纸参数组合对应的卷烟锥高介于7.958~10.455 mm,相对标准偏差介于2.5%~11.7%;透气度、钠钾比、碳酸镁用量、助燃剂用量4项卷烟纸参数综合作用可解释锥高变化的94.0%,是影响卷烟锥高的主要因素,定量、酸根类型是影响锥高的次要因素;主要因素对锥高影响较小时,卷烟锥高较低,有利于降低燃烧锥落头倾向。
Abstract:In order to explore the influence of cigarette paper parameters on combustion cone height, six cigarette paper parameters including quantitative and air permeability were selected according to the principle of uniform experimental design. Twelve cigarette samples with different parameter levels were rolled and subjected to one-way analysis of variance and regression analysis. The results showed that the cigarette cone heights corresponding to 12 different combinations of cigarette paper parameters ranged from 7.958 to10.455 mm, with relative standard deviation ranging from 2.5% to 11.7%. The comprehensive effect of four cigarette paper parameters, including breathability, sodium potassium ratio, magnesium carbonate addition, and combustion assisting dose, could explain 94.0% of the variation in cone height, which was the main factor affecting cigarette cone height. Quantification and acid radical type were secondary factors affecting cone height. When the main factor had a small impact on cone height, the cone height of cigarettes was lower, which was beneficial for reducing the tendency of combustion cone to fall off.
