摘要:本课题根据多条二氧化氯（ClO₂）生产线的设计经验，结合投产后的成果，从自动化控制设计角度，对ClO₂生产线上的防爆区域划分、仪表防爆需求、可燃与有毒气体探测器的设置、危险与可操作性（HAZOP）分析、仪表安全完整性等级（SIL）划分、安全仪表控制系统（SIS）的设置等方面进行了总结。ClO₂制备系统的自控安全措施，能够确保ClO₂制备过程的安全性和稳定性。

Abstract:Based on the design experience of several chlorine dioxide（ClO₂） production lines and the results after putting into operation. In this paper， the automatic control safety measures of ClO₂ plan were set from the aspects of explosion-proof area division， instrument explosion-proof， combustible and toxic gas detector setting， HAZOP analysis， instrument safety integirty level（SIL）， and safety instrument system （SIS）， etc.The automatic control safety measure of the ClO₂ production system could ensure the safety and stability of ClO₂ plan.
