摘要:本研究采用有机合成的方式,基于天然生物质材料紫檀芪合成了3种抗菌材料,其中与N,N-二甲基己胺合成制备的抗菌材料Z6在<1 µg/mL的浓度下即可显著抑制金黄色葡萄球菌。使用浸渍法将性能最佳的抗菌材料添加至针叶木纤维上,制备负载最优抗菌性能的紫檀芪衍生物抗菌纸。结果表明,制备的抗菌纸在1 mg/mL浸渍浓度下即可实现高效抑菌(抑菌圈直径相比对照组提升了88%),抗菌材料均匀分布于针叶木纤维表面,未破坏纸基结构,且成本最优。
Abstract:Three antimicrobial materials were synthesized via organic synthesis based on the natural biomass compound Pterostilbene. Among them, material Z6 prepared with N,N-Dimethy Wexylamine exhibited significant inhibitory activity against Staphylococcus aureus at concentration below 1 µg/mL. Subsequently, the antimicrobial material with the best performance was incorporated onto softwood fibers using impregnation method, resulting in an antimicrobial paper loaded with the optimized Pterostilbene derivative. The results showed that the prepared antimicrobial paper achieved efficient bacterial inhibition at an impregnation concentration of 1 mg/mL, with the inhibition zone diameter increasing by 88% compared to the control group. Furthermore, the antimicrobial material was uniformly distributed on the softwood fiber surface without compromising the structural integrity of the paper substrate, and the overall cost remained optimal.
