摘要:以本色竹浆为研究对象,利用鲍尔纤维筛分仪对竹浆进行全封闭分级筛选得到长纤维(R16)和短纤维(P16);利用PFI磨进行打浆,对长短纤维的木质素含量、纤维质量和打浆特性进行分析,探究长短纤维打浆及混抄工艺对竹浆纸性能的影响。结果表明,P16的木质素含量高于R16;在打浆过程中,P16的纤维形态变化以初生壁和次生壁的破裂为主,而R16以表面起毛为主;R16和P16的纤维平均长度降低,细小纤维含量、保水值和结晶度均有所提高;R16和P16的最佳打浆度分别32和36 °SR,所得纸张的耐破指数为5.65 kPa·m2/g,抗张指数为76.0 N·m/g,撕裂指数为17.7 mN·m2/g,均优于未分级竹浆纸。 |
Abstract:This study focused on unbleached bamboo pulp, using a Bauer Mc Nett fiber classifier to perform fully enclosed classification screening of bamboo pulp to obtain long fibers (R16) and short fibers (P16). Using PFI refining for beating, the lignin content, fiber quality, and pulping characteristics of long and short fibers were analyzed to explore the effects of long and short fibers beating and mixing processes on the properties of bamboo pulp paper. The results showed that the lignin content of P16 was higher than that of R16. During the beating process, the changes of fiber morphology of P16 were primarily characterized by the rupture of primary and secondary walls, whereas R16 was mainly dominated by fuzzing on the surface. The average fiber length of R16 and P16 decreased, while the content of fine fibers, water retention value, and crystallinity all increased. The optimal beating degrees for R16 and P16 were 32 and 36 °SR, respectively. The resulting paper had a bursting index of 5.65 kPa·m²/g, a tensile index of 76.0 N·m/g, and a tearing index of 17.7 mN·m²/g, all of which were better than unclassified bamboo pulp paper. |
