摘要:本研究以芦苇为原料,系统地研究了其化学组分在NACO制浆过程中的溶出规律。结果表明,当用碱量(以Na2O计)为18%、碳酸钠占比90%、蒸煮温度140 ℃、蒸煮时间2 h、初始氧气压力1.4 MPa时,所得纸浆的性能最佳。此时,细浆得率44.9%、白度31.5%、卡伯值24.5,纸张物理性能表现优异,抗张指数、撕裂指数、耐破指数和环压指数分别为54.0 N·m/g、4.48 mN·m2/g、3.30 kPa·m2/g和6.53 N·m/g,均优于传统氧碱法制浆工艺所得纸张的性能。NACO法的制浆机制可以总结为在NACO制浆过程中,碱性环境与氧气的相互作用促使阴离子过氧自由基(O2-![]() ·)和氢氧自由基(HO·)的产生,二者协同对木质素进行脱除。 |
Abstract:This study used reed as the raw material and systematically investigated the dissolution patterns of its chemical components during the NACO pulping process.The results showed that the optimal pulp performance was achieved under the following conditions: alkali dosage (calculated as Na2O) of 18%, sodium carbonate mass ration of 90%, cooking temperature of 140 ℃, holding time of 2 h, and initial oxygen pressure of 1.4 MPa. Under these conditions, the fine pulp yield was 44.9%, the brightness reached 31.5 %, and the Kappa value was 24.5. The paper exhibited excellent physical properties, with tensile index of 54.0 N·m/g, tear index of 4.48 mN·m²/g, burst index of 3.30 kPa·m²/g, and ring crush index of 6.53 N·m/g, all surpassing the performance of paper produced via the conventional oxy-alkali pulping process. The pulping mechanism of the NACO method could be summarized as follows: during the NACO pulping process, the interaction between the alkaline environment and oxygen promoted the generation of superoxide anion radicals (O2-![]() ·) and hydroxyl radicals (HO·), which worked synergistically to facilitate the removal of lignin. |
