摘要:本研究以不同年代典型纸质文献为研究对象,测试分析纸质文献的理化性质和制备工艺,抄造可替代纸质文献的脱酸测试纸。研究了加速老化过程对脱酸测试纸紧度、力学性能和纤维素聚合度的影响,评估了脱酸测试纸用于替代不同年度纸质文献的可行性。结果表明,以滑石粉(用量10%)为填料,采用松香(用量2%)酸性施胶抄造可得到脱酸测试纸。降解动力学研究发现脱酸测试纸的纤维素聚合度与老化时间具有明显相关性,R2为0.96。此外,多元线性拟合发现脱酸测试纸的力学性能与紧度和纤维素聚合度具有明显相关性,R2达到0.99,且老化后的脱酸测试纸抗张指数和纤维素聚合度与不同年代文献纸性能基本保持一致,表明脱酸测试纸可用于替代不同年代的纸质文献。 |
Abstract:In this study, typical paper documents of different ages were taken as the research objects, and the physical and chemical properties and preparation process of paper literature were tested and analyzed to copy the deacidification test paper which could be used as a substitute for paper literature. The effects of accelerated aging process on the tightness, mechanical properties, and degree of cellulose polymerization of deacidification test paper were studied to assess the feasibility of deacidification test paper for replacing paper literature of different years. The results showed that deacidification test paper could be copied by acid sizing with rosin (2% dosage) using talc (10% dosage) as filler. The degradation kinetics study found that the degree of cellulose polymerization of the deacidification test paper had an obvious correlation with the aging time, and the R2 was 0.96. In addition, the multivariate linear fitting found that the mechanical properties of the deacidification test paper had an obvious correlation with the tightness and degree of cellulose polymerization and the R2 reached 0.99, and the tensile index and the degree of cellulose polymerization of the aged deacidification test paper basically remained the same as that of the paper of different ages, which indicated that the deacidification test paper could be used to replace different generations of paper. |
