摘要:以7种加热卷烟薄片为研究对象,探究了其在4个温度下的恒温干燥特性,并用3种常用干燥动力学模型对干燥特征曲线进行了拟合;同时,通过正交实验研究了不同发烟剂含量基片的水分、丙二醇含量、丙三醇含量3种因素对水分检测结果的影响。结果表明,70 ℃下各加热卷烟薄片的表观含水率的标准偏差均<0.20%,Logarithmic模型为预测加热卷烟薄片干燥特性较适合的数学模型;丙二醇基片中的水分挥发量明显高于丙三醇基片的水分挥发量,因此丙二醇对水分检测结果影响较大,而丙三醇影响较小。 |
Abstract:Seven kinds of heated tobacco sheets were used as experimental objects, and the constant temperature drying characteristics of heated tobacco sheets at four temperatures were studied, and three commonly used drying kinetic models were used to fit the drying characteristic curves. At the same time, the effects of three factors (moisture, propylene glycol content, and glycerol content) of base sheet with different fuming agent contents on the moisture detection results were studied by orthogonal experiments. The results showed that the standard deviations of the apparent moisture content of each heated tobacco sheet at 70 ℃ were all less than 0.20%. The Logarithmic model was a mathematical model that was more suitable for predicting the drying characteristics of heated tobacco sheets. The water volatilization in the propylene glycol coated base sheet was significantly higher than that in the glycerol coated base sheet, so that propylene glycol had a greater effect on the moisture detection results, while glycerol had a relatively smaller impact. |
