摘要:利用油酸对纯的纳米Mg(OH)2粒子进行改性,使其溶于六甲基二硅醚中,形成稳定的脱酸液,将其喷涂在老化纸张上,实现纸张的脱酸。实验结果表明,用0.1g油酸,反应温度为50℃,反应时间1h,获得的改性纳米纤维素可用于纸张的脱酸。脱酸处理后纸张的PH值得到了明显的提高 ( 从 4.00提高到8.00左右),抗张强度也有明显的提高(由1.43 KN/m 提升至1.91 KN/m) ; 热老化处理后纸张PH 值 ( 7.60左右) 和抗张强度 ( 1.52KN / m 左右) 比较稳定,从而能够长时间保存。
Abstract:The pure nanometer Mg(OH)2 particles are modified by oleic acid to dissolve in hexamethyldisiloxane, and a stable deacidification liquid is formed, which is sprayed on the aged paper to realize deacidification of the paper. It is observed that the modified Mg(OH)2 obtained by using 0.1 g of oleic acid at a reaction temperature of 50 ° C and a reaction time of 1 h can be used for deacidification of paper. After deacidification, the pH of the paper was significantly improved (from 4.00 to 8.00左右), and the tensile strength was also significantly improved (from 1.43 KN/m to 1.91 KN/m); The heat aging test indicated that the papers after deacidification showed a good stability of p H value (around 7.60) and the tensile strength (around 1.52KN / m) so that they are stable and can be stored for a long time.
