Abstract:The thickness, basisweight, density, pressure and filter efficiency of random sampling of a certain type of air filter paper were tested by experiment, and the data were analyzed by using SPSS19.0 software, and the effects of thickness, basisweight and density variation on the measurements of pressure and filter efficiency were investigated. Research results suggest that when the thickness of air filter paper is 0.395±0.008 mm, there is no significant effect of the thickness on the measurements of both pressure and filter efficiency(α=0.05); when the basisweight is 57.8±1.7 g/m2, the linear regression equation between basisweight and pressure is Δp=2.63W+4.14 whose correlation coefficient R2 is 0.82, and there is no significant effect of basisweight on the measurement of filter efficiency (α=0.05); when the density is 0.146±0.004g/m3, there is no significant effect of the density on the measurements of both pressure and filter efficiency(α=0.05). |
