山黄麻作为造纸原料的基础评价

摘要:山黄麻为优于桉树生物质产量的一种先锋树种,却一直未得到应有的关注与重视。通过对产自版纳的1.5年生山黄麻进行的制浆造纸基础评价,其木质部纤维接近1.2 mm,含有近48%的纤维素和21%的木素。硫酸盐蒸煮可得52.7%的细浆得率,O-D-Eop短程漂白纸浆得率50%,白度85%,具有制浆的显著优势,完全可以作为适生地区优先发展的造纸原料。
Abstract:Trema orientalis is a pioneer tree superior to eucalyptus in biomass yield, but it has not been paid attention to for a long time. Through the evalution of 1.5-year-old trema orientalis for its fiber morphology, chemical composition, pulping and the strength properties of the resultant pulp, the xylem, which had average fiber length near 1.2 mm, cellulose near 48%, and lignin 21%, gave rise to 52.7% of pulp yield by sulfate cooking, 50% of the bleached pulp with 85% ISO of brightness via O-D-Eop bleaching sequence. In consideration of the general advantages of the huge woody biomass, easy pulping, and higher pulp yield from trema orientalis, it should be selected priority tree to construct pulp and paper basement in the suitable region.
