摘要:分析不同微胶囊及用量对卷烟纸透气度、阴燃速率和阴燃最高温度的影响。实验结果表明:不同香精微胶囊随用量变化对卷烟纸透气度变化影响程度不同,微胶囊的平均粒径是影响透气度的主要因素;对卷烟纸阴燃速率变化影响也不相同,除因透气度影响外,微胶囊囊芯香精的燃烧性也对燃烧速率有影响;用量达到一定时对卷烟纸阴燃最高温度有影响,否则基本无影响。
Abstract:The effects of different microcapsules and dosage on permeability, smoldering rate and maximum smoldering temperature of cigarette paper were analyzed. The results showed that: The changes of permeability of cigarette paper were affected by different dosage of flavor microcapsule, and the average particle size of the microcapsule is the main factor affecting the air permeability. Different flavor microcapsules have different effects on smoldering rate of cigarette paper. In addition to the influence of permeability, the combustion of flavor in microcapsule core also has an effect on the combustion rate. The maximum smoldering temperature of cigarette paper is affected when the dosage of microcapsules reach a certain level, otherwise it has no effect.
