摘要:纸张厚度自动测量系统以STC15F2K61S2单片机为主控器,由NE555芯片与平行金属板构成的多谐振荡电路、信号采集电路、控制电路、存储电路、报警电路、按键控制电路、Nokia5110液晶显示等电路组成。通过对振荡电路将被测电容值的变化转化为频率值的变化关系进行分析,再通过对单片机不同频率信号进行分析处理,运用多种算法精确测出纸张的实际频率,从而根据不同频率值计算出与纸张的数量对应关系。测试系统具有频率采集、处理、计数显示和自校准功能,并将校准数据参数存储于AT24C02中。通过WiFi无线通信电路、专用手机APP程序,可实现测试的纸张张数在移动终端实时显示。该系统识别迅速、准确、适应性强,能够满足纸张厚度测试实验设计要求,为纸张测量设备智能制造提供参考。
Abstract:STC15F2K61S2 single chip microcomputer was the main controller of the automatic measuring system of paper thickness, which was composed of RC multivibrator circuit consisted of NE555 chip and parallel metal plate, signal acquisition circuit, control circuit, storage circuit, alarm circuit, key control circuit and Nokia 5110 liquid crystal display circuit. The oscillating circuit transformed the change of the measured capacitance value into the change of the frequency value, then many algorithms were used to accurately measure the actual frequency of paper, so as to calculate the corresponding relationship with the paper amount according to different frequency values. The measuring system had the functions of frequency acquisition, processing, counting display and self-calibration, and stores the calibration data parameters in AT24C02. The system could realize the real-time display of the tested paper data in the mobile terminal through WiFi wireless communication circuit and special mobile app program. The system had the advantages of rapid discrimination, high accuracy and strong adaptability, which could meet the requirements of paper test experiment design and it provided reference for intelligent manufacture of paper testing equipment.
