摘要:本研究以酶解木质素(EHL)为原料,利用Mannich反应对其进行胺化改性,制备胺化酶解木质素(NEHL),进一步提高其对刚果红(CR)染料的识别和选择性吸附,并优选出最佳制备工艺。结果表明,利用Mannich反应可在EHL表面成功接枝胺基;改性后的NEHL微观结构发生明显的变化,从表面光滑变为表面粗糙,其表面具有由不规则颗粒组成的结构,比表面积增大。吸附实验结果表明,NEHL添加量为0.05 g时,对CR吸附量可达2 444.82 mg/g;对NEHL的吸附动力学和等温吸附模型进行分析,得出NEHL对CR进行单层化学吸附。NEHL的制备工艺简单,去除染料性能优越,是一种潜在的去除废水中CR染料的吸附剂。
Abstract:In this study, enzymatic hydrolysis lignin (EHL) was modified via Mannich reaction to prepare aminating enzymatic hydrolysis lignin (NEHL), which further improved its recognition and selective adsorption capacity of Congo red (CR) dye, and the preparation process was optimized. The results showed that the method could successfully graft amine groups on the surface of EHL, the microstructure of the modified NEHL had obvious changes, from a smooth surface to a rough surface, its surface was composed of a structure of irregular particles, and the specific surface area increased. The adsorption experiment results showed that the adsorption capacity of CR reached 2 444.82 mg/g when the dosage of NEHL was 0.05 g. At the same time, the adsorption kinetics and isotherm adsorption models of NEHL were analyzed, and it was concluded that NEHL could adsorb CR by single layer chemisorption. NEHL was a potential adsorbent for removing CR dye from wastewater due to its simple preparation process and superior dye-removing performance.
